It looks like the letter self written by Captain John Lewis Jones in 1977 has also been accepted as his Obituary by RHIW.com as it truly captures and honours the spirit of the Captain when he was alive.

It's noticeable and also very disappointing when true to life sea stories such as those entered in post #19 fail to attract the respect they deserve, by the majority of members on this site.
