She has a Lousy Geordy accent.
she is from Surry or Sussex, and cannot imitate it. Should have had a Geordie Girl, I know a few in Whitley Bay.

I agree, but to the unitiated it may sound like Geordie, I have often been mistaken for a Welshman by the same sort of people (until I try to sing that is).

I met Brenda (Vera) a couple of years ago on my invite to Buckingham Palace, a very nice, quiet, well spoken lady and nothing like her character. As for her Geordie accent, they vary in different parts of Geordie land as they do in different parts of Yorkshire, Devon etc, so which particular dialect do you choose. Far better performance than Americans (bless Em!) trying to do an English accent or that Aussie guy trying to do a Scottish accent.

It's a Land Rover Defender Victoria, not a range Rover, stopped making them last year as the engines couldn't meet the new emissions regulations, apparently nor could it meet the new crash resistance requirements, but in a crash I'd rather be in the Defender than the other car! A new Defender is due out later this year, looks like a jelly mould. A private entrepreneur has brought out a new vehicle which is similar, very very similar, to the old Defender and meets all the current emission and safety regs, so why couldn't LandRover do it, farmers, explorers, forestry workers don't want or need a scaled down Range Rover, they want a vehicle that has bolt on body bits easy to replace or repair with a hammer and capable of being washed out with a hose

Recall Marsden Grotto as a kid from London visiting his aunt how lived in that part of the country.
Her next door neighbor raced dogs regularly as the Sunderland track.
As to the Land Rover, plenty of them here including the Defender great in the bush.
I have a series 2 Discovery 2004 model which is better than the newer ones.
