#203 since mentioning the Z symbol the other day, today in the Western Australian newspaper there is a couple of pages about the Ukraine and the atrocities , and mention of the Z symbol. A small extract from journalism.” The letter z and we don’t abandon our own.” On an advertisement screen in St. Petersburg , Russia.
Just a few lines for the enormous amount of print on the subject..
“ For most of us , the swastika has always been neo-Nazi, but we imagined the crimes on such a scale could never happen again. We deluded ourselves into thinking the war against evil was won , and we had learned the lessons of the past “ goes on and on about defence spending.
However someone has followed up on the Z and it seems to confirm it is the usual propaganda and rallying point for a dim witted Russian public. It replaces the swastika very well , seems very appropriate as it is one of the excuses that the Russian military has for being there in the first place to displace all these hiding nazis . I shall now think of it as my third choice the mark of a demented and certifiable Zorro. JS

Biggest worry just now is Sleepy Joe who is once again talking of UN troops on the ground!!

WE had a guy from Ukraine on talk back radio the other day.
His wife and kids went back to see family a few days before the war began.
Is in contact with them and said take no notice of what the media tells you, find out from those there such as his wife.
Figures she gave are very different to those of the media..

we are in the process of taking in people in our house we have room for a family with children seeing displaced people is very upsetting to us? jp

#216 A recent post on Kingston John , we had a family who escaped from Jersey during the last war , they escaped in a fishing cobble when the Germans occupied the islands. A man his wife and their son who was a deformed and handicapped person. When I went back to that same house I wondered how so many people managed to live in a 3 bed roomed house . The Anderson air raid shelter if one managed to reach must have been packed to over flowing . JS

john putin has turned the clock back many years in the eyes of many countries its a great pity when the innocent population pays his price he threatens the world he would use the doomsday weapons and he should be brought to book over that statement no country can ever trust russia again it shows their mindset he is power mad he took over were Hitler finished i know it takes more than one person to fire them of but he has lost the plot? jp

Marian, these are truly a nation of brave people, they must be helped in some way. To my mind it also shows a Russian army who do not have the will or heart to harm these people. i Believe that the Ukraine people who capture Russian soldiers give them mobile phones to phone their homes and tell what is really happening. Shudder at the thought of what is eventually going to happen, even with Ukriane's Army doing such a wonderful job,watching the early Morning News direct from there, it does not look good at all, with Russian Troops surrounding many Cities now and so close to Keiv now!
Also in the Phone Interview with the Russian Leader and other Countries Putin , is shown with no interest at all, and just pulling off his Ear Piece . He stated that he had absolutely no intention of ending the War!
He is a Ruthless Man.
It is to me as i have said before just a matter of time , ( so sorry to think or say ) but looks like Ukraine will be Taken over at some stage!
Pray let me be incorrect! The poor people there are suffering so very much!

Don’t think there is any direction that Putin can go Vernon except the way he is going now, and that leads to destruction one way or another, if he was a dog with rabies the answer would be to shoot him. He will know this and depending on any conscience and/ or humanity he has left will depend on how the rest of the world gets through the coming years. However he is not the only one to blame , the whole of the Russian government stand to fall if he fails , so the sooner he does fail if he does the better . Personally I think it is a false premise now for the rest of the world who are against his intolerance of other countries should hold back for the sake of a piece of paper , he doesn’t and never has , so better to grasp the red hot poker now before it is too late in any case. Remember that kids poem ... sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never harm me, call his bluff before it’s too late . JS
