Different News and various reports on all this i know, but the stalling of Russian Troops as far as i read is only a very small thing at present, it is more of a strategic stop where the Troops are Refreshing plans and themselves, and Manoeuvres. I doubt if there is an actual shortage of Fuel or Food, as with such a massive Convoy stretching some 40 Miles (60 km ) it is almost certain that there would have been plans to make sure there was enough of everything plus, to make the long Trek! No this is now a slow playing game and as the old story goes, the Tortoise won the race in the end!
Again i do hope that i am wrong, but feel that this is the case now, and its only a matter of time (and not a lot either) that the entire Ukraine will be taken over! ??????

There is one thing happening in Ukraine which brings back to mind of a lot of people’s thoughts on the dissolution of our own National Service of 2 years compulsory service. There would be no need for large armed forces as has been followed by various countries with a different viewpoint. A future volunteer to enter a conflict is worth 2 of a professional who has to do it for a livelihood. I rather think Australia’s armed forces rely heavily on its Reserves who are mainly volunteers . Two of the major companies who supply oil from Russia have ben able to move off shore banking so supply can continue.

A senior medico in USA said yesterday that he had been studying Biden and the manner in which he speaks, his poor memory and a number of other traits.
From this study he has concluded that Biden is in the early stages of Dementia.

Given the current situation that is the last thing the globe needs, a USA president not quite right in the head and a maniac of a Russian president.

As a side note, Dan Murphy, local grog shop is taking all Russian Vodka off shelves as an act of solidarity with Ukraine.

I asked a staff member what will happen to it,

It has just been announced that Imran Khan has secured a deal with Russia for them to supply Pakistan with gas.

So much for sanctions.

Well Des , I have to say that your Boris is not alone in this , in fact he is no worse that the majority of politicians. Over here in the Netherlands the ruling coalition
parties are led by a man with the motto , Dutch people last. Despite the fact that the Netherlands now has ( for example) the highest fuel prices in Europe , he has
gone along with the payment of 70 mil.to Italy who will use that money to - yes you've guessed it - subsidise fuel costs to Italians , restricted pay rises to health workers , opened the doors
to asylum ( read economic) refugees , where their handouts are linked to the minimum wage but has refused to ,link old age pensions to same.

President Biden suffered from a severe stutter as a child, and what you are perceiving as mental instability are the remnants of that stutter.

He has been a Senator for the State of Delaware from1973-2009 and was well respected by both his fellow democratic senators and republican senators alike and obviously by the voters of Delaware. While a U.S. Senator he was Chairman of the important Foreign Relations Committee for twelve years. He was vice-president for 16 years under President Obama. He came from a working-class family in Scranton, Pennsylvania and attended university on scholarships (based upon his high grades) and earned a Doctor of Law degree.

I lived for eighteen months with my late wife in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, 30 miles from Scranton, and though Mr. Biden moved to Delaware, he is well respected as fine honest native son of Pennsylvania.

Not a trace of dishonesty or mention of dementia has ever been mentioned about Mr. Biden. The only thing that could be found was that his youngest son, used his family name as an attempt for financial gain. There has been no connection to Mr. Biden.

His late eldest late son, Joe Jnr., was awarded a bronze star in Iraq and served as Delaware's State Attorney General.

I too stuttered as a child, it is no joke or disgrace. Mine was related to the war as a child, and with lessons, and removal from the source and help from the kind people I was sent to for evacuation, I overcame it. Stammering is not something to ridicule or should someone be ashamed. Just think, that stammering boy from the wrong side of the tracks, overcame the stigma, and jeering...almost! and became President of the United States of America.

Yes. The President undergoes medical check-ups, all recent presidents made the findings public, with the exception of Mr. Trump.

I know a lot about Stuttering , as my dear late Brother suffered from it in a bad way for Years, and it is not something very nice . I saw him battle through a lot because of it , but he persevered and also had to attend special classes to try and stop his Stammer! As the Years went by he did improve quite a good deal, and things looked like they would come right!
Unfortunately in later Years he Joined the Mercenaries with Col. Mike Hoare in the Belgian Congo, where after a short time his Stammer returned to what it was , and even got worse, we put this down to the Stress of the things that the Lads Fighting there had to go through!

Sadly not too long after he left the Mercenaries , he took to the Bottle and sadly shorty thereafter Shot Himself . It was a very traumatic time for the Family, and it shook me !! I cannot explain how i felt!

So yes Stammering is not a kind thing to anyone, and should be looked on as something that really needs to be looked into, and People helped as far as possible!
