Climate Change warning ( not what you might think.)
The Arctic Ocean is warming up, icebergs are growing scarcer and in some places the seals are finding the water too hot according to a report to the Commerce Department yesterday from Consulate AT Bergen Norway.
Reports from fishermen, seal hunters and explorers all point to a radical change in climate conditions and hitherto unheard of temperatures in the Arctic zone.
Exploration expeditions report that scarcely any ice has been met as far north as 81 degrees and 29 minutes. Soundings to a depth of 3,100 metres showed the Gulf Stream still very warm.
Great masses of ice have been replaced by moraines of earth and stones, the report continued, while at many points well known glaziers have entirely disappeared.
Very few seals and no white fish are found in the eastern arctic, while vast shoals of herring and smelts which have never before ventured so far north, are being encountered in the old fishing grounds.
Within a few years it is predicted that due to the ice melt the sea will rise and make most coastal cities uninhabitable..
I must apologise, I neglected to mention that this report was from November 1922, as reported by the AP and published in the Washington post 94 years ago. This must have been caused by the Model T Fords emissions or possibly from horse and cattle farts.

We must be totally bonkers to believe that we can change the climate by imposing conditions . it just another means of fleecing money out of us, kt

Re: Climate Change warning ( not what you might think.)
I had a copy of a letter written to the Admiralty that the North West Passage was free of ice. This situation offered a tremendous opportunity for trade with the far East.
The letter was written in 1807. No global warming then?

Vic

hi j sabourn
I don't know if you are aware of the fact, But THERE ARE ACTUAL CHARTS OF GREENLAND drawn up by the Vikings showing Greenland as lush fertile pasture and encampments where they where living,
also I was discussing earlier with my wife, about Greenpeace the charity has over a billion and a half on account in its bank.
you also must know that the global warming environment studies programs are the most over funded modern day rip-off of the century.

What goes around comes around ie natures natural cycles , it has been proved that even little old Britain has had huge changes in temp, Tsunamis , droughts , etc , i suppose the " Greenhouse effect" must contribute , but , not cause .
