Once on my first trip whilst using the toilet,an eye appeared at one of the old rivet holes.
i blew into the hole but i would be prepared if it happened again.
Later in the week whilst using the toilet again the eye appeared so i poked a rod into the hole.
when i returned to the pantry to continue working,the second steward had a patch over his eye.
Of course i had to ask him what he had done,he said he got something in his eye.
