There have been many atrocious happenings and more will occur. Stay safe all, the bad guy's will not stop because it is Christmas. We can all play a part: be observant: He may be behind you ? Not talking pantomime. The world is a stage and we all play a part. Keith.

    Hi Keith.
Out here it is getting worse, the Govt is now going to cut the special terrorist police wages by 30% they need to keep their own wages up now to hire private contractors I suppose, at least that will be the reason for the next poli wage rise
    Cheers Des

The driver of the truck that ploughed into the Christmas Market was a Tunisian refugee who had lived in Italy for around 6 years and had a criminal record for theft and assault in that country. Within 12 hours German Police had identified him from documents and fingerprints found in the truck.
After committing his act in Berlin he was able to escape via rail to France and then again by rail to Italy where by chance he was stopped by a police patrol outside a station in Milan, requesting his I.D. He pulled a gun and shot one of the policemen before being shot and killed by another member of the police patrol. He has been identified via fingerprints matching his Italian criminal record.
Ms. Merkel is now saying its not her fault but she is getting her security chief to look at all options of how to tighten up the country's security.....case of shutting the stable door after the horse has bolted.
On a different note I see that the Aussie police have foiled a number of terrorist plots to blow up buildings in Melbourne, gud on them.

Lets not forget the young poor Polish lorry driver and his family, who went out for 'just another day at work' never to return

Yes Ivan, forgot to put in my post that the truck had been hi-jacked and the driver shot and killed by the terrorist.

    Hi John.
I wonder how Merkel sleeps at night. She no doubt will go to church on Xmas day to forget about that lorry drivers family.
The dogs picked up in Melbourne were all born here of Lebanese extraction.
    Cheers Des
