    Marian

I have explained why I consider a split, although deplored, is necessary.

I think a good riddle would today be, in line with " Which came first the Chicken or the Egg", Which came first " The Sturgeon or Caviar".

She sounds typical of many females often feeling they are inferior so put on a facade to create a sense of greatness.

There have over the centuries been many females who have dominated and in some instances overcome adversity. Boadecia comes to mind as one and in modern times Maggie. They did not proveracate and ponder they got on with it.
If this lady was genuine about a split she would have had things in place for a vote long before now. Something about the boy that cried wolf comes to mind.
    Happy daze John in Oz.

ian, ever since both Salmond and Sturgeon appeared on the scene I have always called them by fishface and wee Burney and I am not about to change now. Like most people I call Blair, Bliar and Brown, Golden ********, I see no harm in given politicians a nickname. It's better than throwing rocks at them.

Is there any truth in the rumour That Mrs Sturgeon is trying to ban the singing of "Aulde Lang Syne" In England on New Year Eve .
