    Default Whats Changed,

    Tuesday. 14th June. 2016.

Weather here today, Thunder, Lightening, Torrential Rain, Floods etc,

    Sunday. 14th June. 1914.

London. Worst thunder-storm in memory causes several deaths as four inches of rain falls in three hours.

Both dates one week from mid-summers day, I bet they didn't prattle on about global warming 102 years ago.

No such thing then or now, just a political episode.
But check the records and you will find that UK gets a very severe winter about every 16 to 17 years.

    Hi Fred.
Just on mid winter here; the last three days minus 8 with severe frost, but we must have pinched your summer sunshine as the days are as clear as a bell, and if you sat out in the garden could get some bronze bronze.
Mind you last week up in Sydney the storm that lashed the coast and washed the foundations away from under houses plus a concrete swimming pool washed onto the beach was very severe with King tides not helping, but then if you are prepared to pay $millions to build on sand dunes you must be prepared to cop it.
    Cheers Des
