delivered to the wrong country
I see that one of the USA missiles that was being delivered back to the USA fro Europe was sent to the wrong Country, went to Cuba by mistake. This was last year, and Cuba has just returned said missile !!!. USA very grateful, i bet they are, i wonder whose **** was kicked on that one, kt

With all politicians playing the games they do one has to ask the question, was it a mistake or maybe som eother more sinister reason it went to the supposedly wrong country?
