Not to worry Jim.
A few years ago when the alleged link between CO2 and as it was then Global Warming, I looked up the figures on the net.
The total CO2 in the earths atmosphere at that time was 330ppm (parts per million), it is now about 390ppm.
The surprising figure that was produced was the amount the Planet Earth produces at 280ppm.
If you were to remove every living creature, insect and man the planet would still produce 280ppm, thus effectively in my mind as well as many others that the link between CO2 and climate change is wrong.
On Thursday the program after question time, produced a Meteorologist, who denounced the myth o climate change and Co2 as being disingenuous and that the UN panel on climate change has n scientists or meteorologists in its make up.
The expert on the program produced figures to how that the earth is cooling and not warming as the predictions.
Trying to watch the program today on catch up, I notice that BBC have deleted (censored?) the segment of the program denouncing the myth of climate change.

Myself if someone said to me what is climate and after answering weather, if they asked what caused it, I would say basically the earths relative position to the sun as regarding temperature. As the earth moves round the sun at various speeds and distances off and is also inclined 23.5 degrees from the vertical, any changes in any of these facts as we know is going to cause climate change. As we don't know the variables of these going back thousands of years we cannot compare, but as the world as we know it has constantly changed its weather systems and heating and cooling periods, it stands a good chance as this being the cause of what these experts call climate change. Man is not brainy enough and doubt ever will be to change the earths paths through the heavens, although should imagine in the case of a nucleur war might succeed in tilting the earth and wiping out all life as we know it. They should concentrate on pollution which is the killer of people, and call it what it is, and not come out with all this rhetoric about changing the climate that is far above their heads. I haven't looked at the clip from the meteorologist, but would rather listen to a person well versed in weather patterns than a bunch of eggheads who cant even agree amongst themselves. Most of these self styled experts are self taught and government employed and might call themselves professor, but judging by some of the things that they don't come out with, are no more expert than us on here giving our views. The climate has been changing since day one millions of years ago,, only 10,000 years ago Bolton was under 200 feet of ice, No mozzies then, Britain was joined to europe with ice all the way across the Channel.
The Antarctic Continent was full of Rain Forests, that is why there is coal , oil and gas there.
I read a book about Sailing Ships, Cape Horn Breed, around 1880s I think it was. .
The Master wrote in the Log Book, after rounding the Horn and sailing up the coast The sea was full of dead sea birds and fish, the sea temperature was very high, It was El Nino.
Today El Nino is said to be caused by climate change caused by my little car that is why they have increased my Road Tax.
These Greens should be locked up, and Certified.
