Re: Ebola
They probably should be, but do they have the technology and more importantly fuel. It takes about two hours and a lot of gas.

. The Indians do not have a problem burning bodies on street corners when I have seen them in Calcutta and Madras.
Plenty of wood in West Africa.

GIANT MARILYN MONROE 50th ANNIVERSARY STATUE UNVEILED IN CHICAGO . LIFELIKE "SEVEN YEAR ITCH" ICONIC POSE CAPTURED BY DESIGNER SEWARD JOHNSON...

THE PROJECT WAS KEPT IN GREAT SECRECY TILL RECENTLY

PROVIDING SHELTER under RAIN & SNOW.

NAIL POLISHING OVER THE SIMULATED SUBWAY STATION GRATING TO REPRESENT THE ONE IN THE MOVIE.

THE DESIGNER APPLYING THE SPRAY COLOR?

FINISHING TOUCHES.

AMAZING ATTENTION TO DETAILS, AND REALISTIC FLESH TONES

APPLYING THE FINISHING TOUCHES.

WONDERING HOW THE STATUE IS ABLE TO STAND ON ITS OWN WITHOUT SUPPORT?

BRIDE AND BRIDESMAIDS, FIND SHADE UNDER THE STATUE

STANDING IN THE MIDST OF CHICAGO SKYLINE WOULD HAVE MADE MARILYN VERY PROUD INDEED.

WHAT A FITTING TRIBUTE TO MARILYN IN THE WINDY CITY OF CHICAGO !

EVEN THE YOUTH ARE CURIOUS. Marilyn Monroe in Chicago - IMPRES

Re: Ebola
I see the UK is sending 750 military personnel to Sierra Leone along with the hostpital ship RFA Argus equipped with three helicopters, all of this to help with the Ebola outbreak.I wonder will any other countries be sending medics to Guinea and Liberia with a view to containing the Ebola in those country's.

Re: Ebola
We have a load just down the road from my house in the Premier Inn, Just waiting to see if any of the Staff start to fall over. All paid for by my Council Tax. I cannot afford to stay there.
A few years ago they started to burn bodies on the banks of our local river, River Croal, but they were stopped from doing it.
Cheers

Re: Ebola
these are countries that have a ratio of one doctor per 100.000 people how many aid workers will be kidnapped out there they don't care about help for the masses as for the ships crew the risk is to much keep the patients ashore or it will turn into a coffin ship? jp

Re: Ebola
The British Government today has said, We will not be checking anyone at the airports or docks or railways stations, Unbelievable. !!!
The Defence Secretary said it is the job of the African countries to check their people before they leave.
They want to get rid of them, the victims also want to come here so they can get better treatment.
Is that guy from the real world?? We pay him a damn good salary to do a good job with intelligence.
I just hope that if Ebola does come to this country the first people to catch it are polititians.
Brian.
