I do not see for one minute why the guy who runs the RSPCA should be on more money than the Prime Minister , there is too much greed . I think Institutions like the RNLI that have a staff of Retired senior naval officers on quite nice pensions should deduct that pension from the salary , I believe in serving a charity not robbing it .
And where I believe I go after this world no one will be bitching about religion , they will be somewhere else
I had read that the British car industry was now going well, Land Rover have so iw as told put on almost 1,000 additonal workers since Tata the Indian company took them over.
Interesting today in our feral parliament here in Oz. The leader of the opposition, an ex union head along with a lady in the senate always agve the impression of being quite inteligent. Toady they spoke on the current motor manufacturing situation and dismissed that myth in a moment. They castigate the current gov, been in since 7th September, for the demise of GMH. Yet under their watch both Ford and Mitsubishi went under and nothing said about it. In March, Gillard the goose last Labour PM told the parliament she had done a deal to keep GMH in Oz for the next ten years. Well obviously GMH and her had different ideas about how long ten yeas are.
Toyota want to do a deal with the workers to ensure thye stay in Oz, but the unions took it to court and won the day, they do not want the workers to suffer from lower wages, but if the comnpany goes under they too will be on lower wages.
The only one I give money to is Cancer Research UK. regular direct debit every month.
Hope they are Kosher.

I was watching Al Jazeera TV News this morning. I see that Cameron has been supplying the Al Qeda backed Rebels in Syria with our Tax Payers money and equipment with out Tax Payers permission of course.
Both he and the Cabinet should be charged with High Treason,
Our Troops are fighting and getting killed and mutilated by Al Qeda backed Taliban in Afghanistan.
I put that akin to supplying the German Army with aid during WW2.
So what is all that about??

But the Charity employs medical specialists who would earn more in NHS/Private Practice , so the salary band is not as crazy as it seems . Animal Aid hates them , and that is good enough for me to donate , the Animal Aid does not want one little bunny to die for cancer research never mind one little white mouse , if they could have found a cure when my wife was diagnosed , I would have personally despatched a 1,000,000 mice and bunnies and taken the blame , if it had helped .

My Doctor son worked for Cancer Research about 14 years ago in London.
He was an Oncologist and spent a year with them trying to find a cure for cancer of the Pacreas and Liver.
His discoveries included..........
If anything invades the body the Bodys own immune system attack it.
Cancer is not invasive, it is part of the body and so the immune system does not attack the Cancer Cells and so they grow.
He invented a way round this, by Removing the immune system,Genetically modifyng it and then reintroduce it back into the body. It then becomes aggressive against the Cancer cells and attacks the Tumour.
He was working on developing a Vaccine that will do this.
Then Cancer Reaserch was short of funds, They could not pay him any wages and was released, Hi Department closed
He then went to San Diego Cal. and continued his work there. He was then awarded a prize by the American Liver Foundation for his research on Liver Cancer at the Scripps Institute in La Jolla IN 2005
The Americans seem to have far more money for Medical research than we have.

One of the reasons they have some highly paid staff is that they have some very clever medics , I contributed to them for years especially after I lost Barbara to a highly aggressive breast cancer , they use fund raisers , I understand why , when you realise that the , fund raisers , on average seem to raise over twice their costs . The reason I do not contribute any more , is I had four calls in three days from these paid fund raisers asking me to raise my monthly contribution , took umbrage and told the last one if you lot ring again , never mind raising the contribution I will stop it about two hours later ., I got that call , so stopped the standing order . No body ever rang to ask why , or I might have said do not contact me and i will reinstate , That is a failure of commission paid fund raising , they pay monkeys peanuts and let them loose on the World
