That stainless steel snatch block came from a Spanish trawler that ran aground on the point on the right of the picture and broke its back when the tide went out. I went to get the binnacle or wheel or anything but it had all gone when I got there, just got the block. 600 tons of fish wasted.
The Fleetwood Trawlers are not allowed to fish by EU Rules but the european trawlers can.
