`****` is all battened down with his new Gas Central Heating Boiler going full ahead, judging from the steam from his flu his boiler must be doing 18 knots around his kitchen, BUT his windows are wide open again because it is too hot in there.

Not sure if he is allowed to do that speed in a built up area, does he have a pilot on board??
