A Highways Agency warning said: anyone travelling in icy conditions should take a shovel, blankets, sleeping bag, extra clothing, including a hat, scarf, gloves, 24 hour supply of food and drink,de-icer, rock salt, torch, tow rope, petrol can, first aid can and jump leads.......... Captain, there is a scheme on offer that does free cavity wall and roof insulation, I think most of the big energy companies do it, ask your supplier, one of them was offering to do it recently, even if you were not one of their customers.
