    Default Odd Stuff

    Hi Len

There is a previous post somewhere on this site where comments about the nonsensical details in this psuedo documentary. They are too numerous to mention, the third mate had more stripes than the captain, he went from whites to blues to whites all in one day,he had insignia never seen in the MN he seemed to have more authority than the master, but as someone pointed out only us MN types would notice, but if your going to do something do a little research and do it properly, as others than MN would say "hang on a minute, that cannot be right"

The mistakes made what could have been a compelling story unwatchable

I'm sure someone on here will point you in the right direction

    Regards

    Ivan

I have seen many movies and documentories with ships leaving NYC , with the Statue of liberty on the port side, wich indicates that its entering not leaving

    Default Subject: Rye Bread

Two old guys, one 80 and one 87, were sitting on their usual spot in the park one morning.

The 87 year old had just finished his morning jog and wasn't even short of breath.

The 80 year old was amazed at his friend's stamina and asked him what he did to have so much energy.

The 87 year old said, "Well, I eat rye bread every day. It keeps your energy level high and you'll have great stamina with the ladies."

So, on the way home, the 80 year old stops at the bakery. As he was looking around, the lady asked if he needed any help.

He said, "Do you have any rye bread?"

She said, "Yes, there's a whole shelf of it. Would you like some?"

He said, "I want 5 loaves."

She said, "My goodness, 5 loaves .... By the time you get to the fifth, it'll be hard."

He replied, "I can't believe it - how come everybody knows about this s**t except me.

    K.

    Default Sightings

In the film Lawrence of Arabia, Lawrence is in the middle of the desert and in the background you can see the funnel of a ship (Blue Flue or Blue Star) sailing across .I would presume it was in the Suez Canal.

Correct mate, but I believe they later edited the movie again to take it out. I saw it whan it first came out and just about all that had seen the film made a similar comment.
    Happy daze John in Oz.

I have seen several Cowboy Films with Jet trails in the Sky. How is that for bad camera work.
