Job interviews on going it is believed that Larry has been invited to have the last word on who gets the job. He is disappointed that the membership have yet again failed to find a strong & stable PM. This past one has been told not to apply,TMay.jpglet's face it he has to be the longest serving member in number 10 Downing St Larry_Chief_Mouser..jpg

Sorry John missed this one, posted on another, you should apply, it has a 200,000 pound pay out even if you last a month, and that should be easy peasy as it takes them a month to find their seats.

That must be the reason why the toilets always seem to be occupied in Westminster ? JS

Looks like your lot are trying to take the record of our motely crew here for the amount of PMs you can go through in a short time lol. How about taking on our mad monk (Tony Abbott) as I believe he is living over in the UK now and probably looking for a seat somewhere. We have plenty of crap ones to choose from for sure.
That's the way the mop flops.

My thanks to Brian for this site.

And so the merry go round continues on it's merry way.
But where is the ringmaster in all of this epic tragedy, Shakespear would have written a tragedy of the greatest from all of this.

Sadly things may settle down now and we will have to look elsewhere for entertainment.
Unless of course if Boris returns!!!!

I think a good candidate in the present situation would be Silvio Berlisconi, we could borrow him from Italy, but our female MPs might not like that idea , lol

    Hi Keith
My wife comes from Gravesend and was saying yesterday how she never realised how ancient Parliament was, and isn't it time they came up to date with a new one, the one they got how on earth can they run a country packed in like monkeys.

Well Des there is a reason for this.
Packed in like Sardine sit prevents them from getting physical and beating the crap out of each other.
But of course there is a down side, some one forgot to shower before coming in, or had a bad Curry the night before can make it a very dangerous place to be.

#8 No way should they build a new UK parliament. How many times have we heard lessons will be learnt from some expert when the wheels come off. They never learn.

Here is a prime example of why they should not build a new parliament.

By the end of the project, it was determined that the final cost of constructing the building almost reached £430 million. The initial figure of £10 to £40 million is only based on the structure that would house the Members of the Scottish Parliament.

Yes I know it is costing a few quid to maintain and repair the Palace of Westminster but the history of the place (not always a shambles) it is well worth saving. It is one of the worlds most Iconic buildings. The Palace of Westminster and Big Ben are synonymous with democracy and have become a symbol of parliament around the world.
Sadly in more recent times watching BBC Parliament channel on TV it often appears to be more like Live at the Apollo. For those who are not familiar with live at the Apollo it is a London theatre.
