Default The making of a Reef

Here is hopefully a video of how to scuttle a ship to make an artificial reef.
Seems to me to be a waste of perfectly good steel that could be recycled for new steel.
Is it no matter what the video claims just a cheaper way to get rid of a problem.
Anyway hopefully the video will play

Hi James, It was certainly an interesting video and presented an interesting view into why it makes sense to sink vessels rather than scrapping them. I always feel sad when a ship comes to the end of its useful life but will still prefer scrapping, don't ask me why. I discovered recently that one of the ships I sailed on had caught fire and run aground somewhere, finishing its time as a wreck, I would have preferred it to have been scrapped and to possibly be resurrected as new steel to sail the seas again. Such is life, thanks for the video and alternative end. Gerald.
