    I remember on the Samaria Nov/Dec 1952 we tied up and drank in the
    nearest bar , The Shack quite a few French Canadians who said they could
    smell us English bastards coming down the river, to which a chirpy Scouse
    retorted pity you never smelt General Woolfe on his way,....exit pretty sharply.
