Victoria, that is interesting we have three tanks on our property.

Saw a bit on TV news last night about the climate from one of the many global climate societies.
According to them by the end of the century we will have 60 degrees as a normal summer temp????????????
But of course this is only a computer prediction, and depending what info you put in and how you treat it will determine the outcome.

Bit off as NASA tells us the temp over the past two years has declined by 0.6 of a degree and that Co2 levels they believe has peaked and will decline from here..

But hey, why let the truth stand in the way of a good story??
    Happy daze John in Oz.

The Guardian newspaper is a left wing pinko paper.
It refers Arctic ice melting in September, This is after a summer of 24 hours a day sunshine.
No one takes films or photos in January in the Arctic when it is frozen.
"Fake! this last summer was the hottest on record," here we had 8 days of hot sunny weather, the rest of summer was a usual mix of sun and rain as it is usual for our summers, , indeed on several days in summer I had my gas heating on as it was cold.
The Fires in Australia , it was reported on TV here that a 19 year old Fireman set some fires and then went on his engine to try and put it out.
We had fires on the Moors around Bolton last year, Global warming???? No, three lads were eventually caught setting fire to the moorland.

Going back through the history of the earth we have had many climate changes,
The last one was the Ice Age, The sea was frozen, you could walk across the North Sea and English Channel to europe.
Bolton where I live now was under 200 feet of Ice. and that was only 10,000 years ago.
WHY DID IT ALL MELT???, My little car didn't do it.
Before that Ice age, Bolton was a Tropical place, with huge rain forests, That is why we sit on a lot of coal, oil and gas fields. WHY DID IT FREEZE OVER???? My little car didnt do it.
So why do I have to pay £273 road tax ,
Can any intelligent person tell me what they do with that money, ???
It used to be for road repairs and building new roads, which are now in a terrible state, . So what happens to my Tax???

So "climate change" is just an excuse to increase Taxation, So do not be fooled.

Greta Thunberg, the 16 year old kid who knows Everything about the climate, more than anyone else on earth hitched a ride across the Atlantic on a catamaran to the Spanish coast yesterday, how will she get to Madrid?? is she going to walk it?? so no carbon footprint or will she go by car or public transport??

Typical reports from news service yesterday.
First, UK to suffer from torrential rain in the following week.
Second, UK temperatures to fall to minus 10 and suffer from severe snow falls of to ten inches.
Both statement were based on weather service news.
Which one is correct, wait and see.

Yes Terry, we saw that but what they failed to say was that this is not the first time this has occurred.
Africa gets many periods of severe drought which is what they are going through just now.
We down here in Oz are also suffering one.

Reason according to one scientist, the Gulf stream was warmed beyond usual levels by exceptional activity of an undersea volcano which warms the waters.
This additional heat effects the weather patterns.
Southern Ocean warms more than usual resulting in prolonged droughts.

It is mentioned in the bible,
in Egypt in the days of Moses 3000 years ago, Seven years good and Seven years of drought.

I recall reading that her parents are with her, both are scientists of some description (I stand to be corrected), she also has an elder sister of the same mindset, so you can bet your bottom dollar a little brainwashing has been going on. Also a bit of an hyprocrite as another crew member had to be flown out to the USA to bring the catamaran back to this side, as USCoastguard said it was undermanned, something to do with passenger safety, read that on one of my nautical information sites, but cannot remember which one.

She may be a clever little girl, who knows, but she hasn't the life or commercial experience to spout the stuff that comes out of her blowhole, the expression comes to mind of the blind leading the blind, as the few scientific people I do know have no commercial nonce at all and wear blinkers governed by the specialist field they follow financed by the Govt, therefore us, and believe that Govt money is from a money tree and not supplied by us poor yoricks, the very people they berate, and commercial enterprises in taxes

She sails her yacht to all the protests and meetings so her Carbon foot print is less.
The she flies home with the yacht, what a load of hypocracy.
Then the protesters who want mining and other things banned as they say they are bad for the environment.
Where do they think their 'toys' will come from if we do so?

Oh silly me, of course just around the corner Father Christmas is coming.
