It's Alf he's on the wheel and he's going round in circles. Maybe we ought to put Den up there going by his tabnabs it could be an improvement. Not much but an improvement. if we put Alf on the pastry side he can crimp 'em using his spare dentures. Anyway i thought witches were suppose to see things ahead so how did we finish up on this rock. Mike:p;);):D

Just back after a few days leave. Went to a wedding last Saturday and still getting over it.Took off fishing but never got the boat in the water. Blowing 20-30 knots. Must be getting wimpy in my old age. What the hell have you all been doing? The ships in a mess. Who has been keeping my rum issue? What's all the talk about Vaseline? Taffy wants me to make a cake for Mike. What has he done for any of this crew lately? As far as me doing a turn on the wheel, couldn't do any worse than the past helmsman. Where the hell are we anyway?

hi all. thats it blame the witches!!!!!. not even part of the crew. they only arrived because mike said there was a coven starting up!. and now hes blaming poor alf!.he did tell us hes blind as a bat. if you put den on the wheel whos going to make the tabnabs???.and you drank his rum issue. how you going to get out of that one. i suppose you could say it was lost in the post. haha. im off to the fog locker. taffy1i

hi den. you'd better ask mike about your rum issue?????. and dont ask about the vasilene!!. as for the cake for mike he went to the MN rememberance parade, and represented us all who couldnt make it , so we thought we'd give him a cake ?. hey you dont have some worms with you, john was looking for some for bait. and as you didnt go fishing .i thought you might have some?? taffy 1i :D:D

Honestly Den I've not had your rum issue. We know what these witches are like and besides I wasn't there so it must of been Vernon who's all lit up according to his signature. And Alf took a wrong turning and George read the chart wrong after Alf used his wrong eye to take a sighting. So I make us somewhere off the Beralarics( have I spelt that right?). So maybe we ought tio head for Italy, and I quite fancy Genova and the Via Lucia ( dirty mile). Is it still there? There was a general service club there in an old palaccio had a great time.
Bought a pair of grey winkle picker suede shoes to go with the Italian cut suit with it's bum freezer jacket. Talk about a walking cripple. Sold them and the suit in Kiwi. Got more than my money back. Good days eh? Mike;):D

In that case, Mike does indeed deserve a cake.Will get right on it as soon as the rum arrives.
Dont use worms in the 'chuck'[sea]. Mainly herring.
Maybe should use them up in the cake!!

Genova sounds good to me. I remember the dirty mile. Of course I wouldnt go there, but my mates told me!!!Having a tough time visulising you in that get-up.

Den mate your rum has gone into the Christmas pud. Vernon said this would be the best use for it, he is not allowed to drink as you know so now he has Christmas pud and suck it. Brings back mamories of days gone by. No wonder he is confusing his bars with his bras. :eek:

sail the SEVERN seas. WHAT!! are we going up the bristol channel now?. no wonder i am going wrong. i'm the driver not the navigator. we are definatly going round in circles. Genoa is a good port but we have missed m****illes and the balerics are full of german tourists. we haven't been to doris's bar yet. watch out tomorrow lads that tall ships race is starting from falmouth to funchal. went to falmouth to see them and forgot me camera. cheers. alf
