Half a century ago, it would have been the centenary of the Indefatigable, so extra polish on everything and meeting the Duke of Edinburgh.

Enjoying life and thinking what is the next half century is going to bring .Well still enjoying life although i lost my very best mate (my late wife)

life has never been the same since they got rid of the bicycle sheds.

50 years ago, 1964, I delivered my first son at home before the Midwife arrived. Did very well too,
Then in 1967, it happened again, just me and a very young student Nurse, delivered my second son before the Midwife arrived.
Women complain that child birth is painful, I never felt any pain at all.
