Nice one Brian and extremely well strung together
Keep it up mate, the stories I meant,

What a story, sounds much like reincarnation mixed with executions, brewers, Brown ale and mad mud. Some concoction but so well strung together as to make the mind boggle. The fact thta most of it is true brings to mind the fact that the truth is often stranger than fiction. Well done mate.
Just to complete the story of Brian Daley, mine and Jeff Glassers Journals, of Potty Garston Mud men
Just to prove some of it may be true. Up to you to decide.
The first photo is of Glasses` and Michael Aspins lifeboat on the beach in South Georgia after the Murders and Desertion,
Me visiting Elephant Island where the NOTSRAG nearly ran aground.
Icebergs in the Scotia sea,.
Edinburgh on Tristan da Cunha where Glasse met his fiery end in the lava.
and a genuine bottle of Aspinalls Cambrinus Craft Brewerys Ale from the Garston Mud.
The label shows the execution of Lord Derby, sometimes known as The Earl, James Stanley.
The brew is called, JAMES STANLEYS REVENGE. The pub, Man and Scythe is the lower building on the right, still a thriving pub to this very day.
Unfortunately I cannot find my photo of the Man and Scythe Pub, 900 years old where 2000 Bolton Woolybacks were slaughtered, I will put it on when I find it.
Its all very true you know..........................
