    1962 She was Built by Mediterranee of La Seyne For Crest Shipping Co Ltd, Nassau.

    She was 9455 Gross Registered Tonnage.

    1968 She became the Grantleyhall for West Hartlepool Steam Navigation Co Ltd.

    1976 Sold to Valera Cia Naviera SA of Piraeus Greece and renamed Areti S

    1985 Purchased by Wizard Holding Co Ltd of Jersey GBR

    1985 On the 12th April She was Broken up at Dalien.

    She looks very similar to the bunch of UASC ships built in Glasgow around that time.

    I joined this ship at La Seyne as Second Steward on 1st Sept 1962 and left her in Venice 8th Jan 1964. As I recall the Captain for most of that time was Capt Lowes from I believe Richmond in Yorkshire, a really nice guy.
