Default How good is your memory

    Hello John

I doubt you will remember me but I was the Electrician on Lackenby in 1977 when she sailed from Belfast and the rejoined her a few months later. Found this site by accident when looking for an image - your name was a real blast from the past. Hope this gets to you as would be good to catch up - I believe I even have some pics of you as a youthful sparks.

    Hi Trevor,

What a surprise to see your message, sadly I have only just seen it today (18/4/21) nearly 9yrs after you wrote it :-(

I enrolled on this site, searched for photos and pretty much just browsed the emails the site sends me but at no point was I advised I had a message so I am guessing you might not see this either.

I have to admit not being great with names so your name wasn't familiar to me but I do remember the electrician, wasn't your wife with you on the ships maiden voyage and you even came to visit me at my parents house, correct me if I am thinking of the wrong person.

Anyway I do hope you get this, if you do it might be better if you email me directly kreases2001@yahoo.co.uk, would love to see those pics ;-)

    Regards,

    John

Sorry you missed the post so long ago and hope that per chance the other Lad will read it! Wonder if he is still around? Hope so.
I could send him a message that there is a new post for him to read though??
