    5. Calvin what year are you talking about ? Think the last time I saw Gerry I was on the Pennyworth. Think he was on the Linidisfane , I went on board to see him and he was sitting sleeping in his chair so woke him up and got his beer out. This was in one of the Bristol channel ports and would have been 64/65 was on the Pennyworth about a year and then went to the Warkworth trading during the ice clear xeason with Port Churchill on the Hudson Bay . Then went to the Ravenswort a smaller ore carrier built for Port Talbot . Was there during the seamans strike and shortly after went out to Canada for the best part of a year. Gerry when home used to drink in the pub at the bottom of the Big market in Newcastle where all the Evening Chronicle workers used to get. Thanks for your reply. JWS
