Hi, was atLiverpool for 2nd cooks ticket in 87 then cheif cooks in 89, spent alot of the time in the Eagle, over the road, there was a instructor chef called Billy, had a red nose,we would all be waiting for him to finish his pint at 1.55pm after lunch in the pub, there were 2 things he would say at this point, lets get back lads, or whose round is it, you could still be sat thre at 4pm with no afternoon class!

    regards

All my certificates of competency were formally entered in my discharge book by a B.O.T. officer including my various cooking tickets, have you got your discharge book?
