Hi there Alf, if you look down the home page of this forum you will find a section devoted to the sea schools and the Vindi in particular. As an ex Vindi trainee April/May 1955 I found it very entertaining. Down here in Oz we have three State Vindi Assocs one in Perth one in Adelaide and one in Queesland. There are reunions from time to time.I shall endeavour to get to the Qld one in ear;ly November.
Regards Neil Mort Morton.

Alf mate, I doubt there is one of us who does not think the same way, on refection the Vindi was one of the best things that ever happened to me. My only regret I left the sea too soon, now all I can do is take cruises and sit with my mamories of times past.
Happy daze John in Oz.
