I see the PWSTS crew in the sunken garden every year at Tower Hill and usually a few in Wetherspoons the night before. Never got to have a drink with them though.
PWSTS reunion Saturday 3 September 2011. We intend to rendezvous in the downstairs cocktail bar at The Dickens Inn St Katharines Dock, London at 19:00hrs. We have used this venue before. It is a pleasant location and close to Tower Hill.

I was there August to December 1957 Derwent Class used to like sailing in the whalers Sludge didn't like me as I used sail rings round him! Having come from Broadstairs a little bit further along the coast I was quite familiar with the waters bening fairly competent dinghy sailor and oarsman. Discharge book Number was R685804
Ted Temple.
I sailed with a Kiwi called Roy Archer, he was a PWSTS boy we were pretty close mates did a couple of trips together. He went home on a delivery run around 66-67. Do any of you recall him? He was there around 62-63? I tried to contact him via PWSTS old boys site but no response. Should you read this Roy send me a private e-mail. Are you still playing those bag pipes? Cheers Richard
I was at PWSTS1967,Derwent class. First ship was Port Napier, 2 trips deck boy. Left MN in 1978 due to injury. Loved every minute.
