Russell-Cotes Nautical School
Hi All
I am keen to find out any information regarding the above Nautical School. I believe I had several relatives that attended this school in the mid to late 1930s.
I am in NZ and currently working on my family history - can anyone tell me the address of this school - I know it has closed down but what has happened to it now?? Is anyone aware of where I could find a school attendance list? Has anyone written any books regarding their experiences there?
Many thanks for any assistance!
Kind regards
Kat

Hi Again Kat,

The above link is for the 'Great War' forum. If you click on 'Ships & Navies' then on the 'Johnston' link you will see some info about the Russell Cotes Nautical School. It's an excellent site.

Re: Russell-Cotes Nautical School
Hi Kat and co., I am also interested in info about this Naval School because a family member was sent there after his family fell apart. I was born in New Zealand and have relatives there but I'm in Adelaide, South Australia, trying to access records that might have been preserved privately, so they don't turn up in large databases like Ancestry.
Cheers, Kay
