HMS Lancaster heading for the Gulf, this type 23 frigate is 32 years old
She is heading for a 3 year deployment, by the time she comes back she will be ready for retirement.
Hope this young lad is not to disappointed.

I am sure she has had a few refits and upgrades, she is still 32 years old regardless.
