Help with WW1 Records

Hugh can you tell me what a R.V.6 is and what R.T.S. stands for? I know R.V.2 is his certificate of enrollment. But can't find anything online regards to the others.

There are loads of RVs in association with RNR records very few are known - they deal mainly with a seaman's admin documentation.
Not sure if it is RTS as I cannot quite read that copy - RTS means nothing to me, I am afraid.
