Andes Royal mail run
My name is charlie humphreys did this ship do the mail run to capetown early seventies i was on for 1 trip.
did we lose a stewardess at sea ?

Last trip to SA. was in 1971, this trip the old girl got sea water into the steam lines to the turbo generators,(dont ask me how) and put into Port Elizebeth for repair, I do not recall any persons comimg to grief that voyage.
