Default stories of Merchant sailors pre ww2 involved with running blockades Spanish civil war

    Hello after long absence
Still seeking info of Grandfathers involvement in running convoys pre 1940.
Love reading the threads of personal stories about this time.
There were obviously many seamen involved judging by the memorials that have been erected in various ports .
I would appreciate further suggestions and reading of these accounts in trying to understand his involvement.

    Keep up the good work
    Fran Hudson

    Hi Frances.
My kids were born in Pukekohe, early 70s. You should try Convoy Web for insight.
