    Default Pouch abbreviations

Hi there, hoping you’re all well. Looking at my grandfather’s pouch, and am wondering could someone clarify what “DO” means under the ship name.
For example, an entry is “Jargoon 149706 19.11.45 Belfast AB H 2.4.46 Greenoch then the next line under it states DO. Is that same ship? Also, what does the H stand for under F or H?
    Thanks so much
