Nuisance!

Not sure where to put this....anyone had hassle logging on these last 36 hours?
Normally I just type "the" and site pops up. Now having to type full name, scroll down
several options and hit the last, otherwise the format comes up in miniature with a gobbledegook up top......as you can see I persevere

Have done the same as Chris, just click on to Merchant Navy in my favourites, and it comes up straight away. no probs. Fred.

I have had no problems Marian , It though can be troublesome when my service provider plays up and does " Upgrade " work , has occasionally hung due to a slow server at this end too

Not sure as to why that is happening to you ,I can only suggest that you clear your Mempry cache,log out and then Reboot,re login and see if that may help!
Have not heard of that happening ?

As for Marians first question(besides the suggestions given which are good ) if one opens the Main Page,after Logging In, Right Click on any part of the page a dropdown list will appear,now if you click on "Create Shortcut" on the list another small Window will open asking if you want to save to your Desktop.
Click YES and an Icon will be saved ,you can then use that each time you want to visit the site!

This is the Method that I have used for many Years!
