On next page that opens Click Visitor Messages

Then this will open to reveal your messages , now select the messages you no longer requireby ticking each Box
The number of messages selected will show on Moderation Tools at bottom.
Now click on that Icon! ie Moderation Tools.
Visitor Messages 3.jpg
Lastly when next page opens, click the Box that shows ‘Delete Messages”
Next and lastly Click “Proceed” this will delete the selected messages!
Moderation Tools 4.JPG
After this it will ask to Delete Click Delete!
Then finally you will see in your Messages a Box that shows you the User at Top
And at the bottom will also have your username.
Notification of Deleted Message 5.JPG
I can then go and Hard delete the remnants to tidy up each ones Visitor Messages.
Myself and Brian thank you for your time on doing this!
This in itself will not really affect the Bandwidth usage so much, but there are many
Messages that have Pictures in them, which will help a bit,the main aim however is to tidy up.
This will take some time to clean up,so please dont worry if you dont see your V Messages cleared immediately.
Cheers
Doc
