help please the site wont let me log in

Hi Tony On My lap top , which was ok last night, it now says.
"You have entered an invalid User Name or Password" etc, The Administrator may have required you to register before you can view this page."
last night my new computer would not log on, today it was OK.
I cannot find anywhere to register my password.

Also getting access denied and other messages, when I press the like and thankyou buttons, even after logging in six times or more
