Sounds good to me, I judge a curry if it gives me hiccups, sounds daft but this started when we where up the gulf on the Marun and we paid a visit to another tanker called the tribiz at least that is what I think it was called and the catering officer on there let Graham the ships cook loose in the dry store under the guidance of the Indian Cook. All I can say is that curry was the meal of the day from then on including breakfast. I to will print off the recipe and have a go, so many thanks for going to so much trouble typing it all out and all the best

Yes indeed I too get the Hicuups if the Curry is nice and Hot.
Also tend to perspire on top of the Head! LOL
I think a lot do as well??

Vernon, a good curry is one hot enough to bring tears to a glass eye. If I do not break out in a sweat after one then to me it was very mild.
