Similar item here in Oz the other day, from the same guy who in our version blamed May for bringing it about.
As to the international monetary fund, run by those who will gain the most, they will put forward any argument to gain them currency.

There have been more French IMF managing directors than any other nationality, don't think there has ever been a Brit in charge.
