    Default The great reset

You may have heard the term, Great Reset, it is supposed to be a global agreement between certain parties where by all men, and women, will become equal in all matters.
In general a form of socialism close to the concept of how they live in China.
One body controls the state and all live by the rules of the top man.

Sir Steer Clear may well be on the way to becoming one such person.

Currently in UK, like Oz and many other countries all education is VAT/GST exempt be it state or private.

But S C says if he wins the next UK erection he will change the laws.
Private schools will no longer be VAT exempt, they must pay at the top rate.

The money collected will go to fund state schools.

Fine concept but where will all the teachers then required come from, and if this works what next?

Many may not like private schools but in a democracy, which UK currently is, not sure after the next erection, people should be allowed a choice.
It applies to health and many other aspects of life, taking some strain off the public system.

So the next two years could be of great interest an
so the will no doubt offer many more such concepts.
    Happy daze John in Oz.

James, it's not the education system that is at fault.
An MP these days goes to school, University, job as researcher the MP.
Known of them have been grounded in the University of life.

Vic , the silver spoon brigade are destroying this country. I do not know what kind of government Labour will make but surely it cannot be the mess we are in now.
If you believe the stories that have been bandied about that Boris Johnson could not live on a PM's wage? Maybe he needs to change his life style.

My belief is that several governments over the years have played around with education that much that now all they are achieving is to uneducate the population. Certainly as far as those who go through the state school system. I know a few teachers and to be honest before they teach children some of these so called teachers need to get an education them selves.

That would be nice but won't happen. The WEF will not allow it and as an Austrian newspaper editorial recently opined , it is the WEF that
actually run the UK now sad as it may be.

The WEF is a forum for discussion; no decisions are taken by the WEF.

Australia doesn't have Private schools, they have elitist schools that are handed great sums of money from various State Govts, that supplement the sums given by the parents, to say they are privately funded is a misnomer. But it leads to the top jobs never mind how thick they are.

Some figures here in Oz on monies from Feral gov to all schools, private or public.
Public are given 55% of all school funding, the 45% is split between the various styles of private schools.
But the parents of students in private schools also pay taxes, so why not a share.

Having worked in the Uni system where there is a Teacher training course I have seen some of the entrants.
Very easy course to enter as high school marks can be low to enter, and many go into it with the idea of making big changes to the way teaching is done.
Here in Oz our levels of educational standards is not very high, one problem is the state system where states can select some of the subjects taught.

If teacher standards are low, or if the teacher has an alternative idea then nyes the results will be poor.
Many subjects now such as history, geography, are no longer taught, many replaced by some teachers with WOKE subjects.
More emphasis now on gender equality, Gay rights and other such subjects.

Then when you push the barrow long enough many will climb on board.
    Happy daze John in Oz.
