Tax cuts to the top end of town are not as bad as they sound.
Many of those on the high tax rate run the companies they provide the jobs.
The easiest way is a flat tax across the board.

Was not aware the VAT on utilities was only 5%, but even so I do not agree with any tax on such essentials.

This lot has been brought about by the war in Ukraine and the insane rush to renewable energy with no backup systems to support it.

I agree we need taxes to run so many essential services, but we also need responsible govs who put the people who put them in power first and foremost.
