Des, Thank you, That was convoy ON300, to Halifax. Previous homeward on HX 348 we saw the Empire Gold on fire a few cables away, a tanker later blew up and another ship the U.S. C. H Mccormick lost, midday in April, now 75 years ago. Some memories haunt, others keep me going. Always Look on The Bright Side. Cheers
