Re: Spuds
A very good source of fibre are Kiwi fruits, but to get the most from them they should be eaten with the skin on.
I have one every morning chopped up in my rolled oats.
Went to a Kiwi farm in NZ, where they grow the fruit not the people, Kiwi fruit have more vitamin C than any fruit, best source of fibre, contain traces of Iron, Calcium, Omega oil and a number of other goodies.
Saw an article about growing Roses from cuttings.
Take a small cutting of soft wood, dip the end in Cinnamon powder then place the end in a potato and put in the ground.
Did two and put them in the rose garden.
No new roses, the cutting went black but I did get a crop of spuds from it.
