Could say "you reap what you sow" Jim........Of course the parents don't have to give it to one of the offspring, spread it around, then the others will come to their aid

Very strange day. I awoke this morning with thoughts of my friend who died age 38.
We have now progressed to the life and times of Margaret Hilda Thatcher, the housing crisis and Scottish Tories. Now Vic with more figures to baffle the mind.
There is only one Tory M.P. in the whole of Scotland, who stole the 400,000 ballot papers ?

You are not a bad person Marian, you are a funny well educated lady entitled to your own opinions with the right to express them. Not all will agree with you or with me but for the time being at least we live in a free country.

Playing catch up, hence not read all: the title was interesting as when I listen to the girls talk of evenings out, it seems they play a game called pull the pig. Sounds horrid, but they explain all and just try to gain the company of a loner etc and spread some happiness. K.

The law of the jungle, only the fittest to survive. I am all right Jack, pull the ladder up. It doesn't matter how you make it or how many bodies you have to walk over. Bring back the workhouses and the debtors prisons. Privatize everything including health care. Increase the wealth of the already wealthy only profits matter.Pay workers as little as possible by putting them on zero hour contracts. Reduce the payments made to the sick and disabled.
Put the Great back in Britain.
