Re: Dangerous pokies
Wonder if the Ukrainians didn’t have a way of siphoning off the gas line which passes through the Ukraine to other parts of Europe. Maybe caught in act ,as have now shut down the line going to other countries ? The big losers of course apart from themselves being Russia with all that foreign money stopped going into their coffers.
When you read such stories in the media they only give half a story and even that is more than likely distorted to suit. Cheers JS

Re: Dangerous pokies
We have been in the Melbourne Casino on Christmas day.
Not a machine empty, tables full and most of the players look about grand parents age.
But the restaurant is very good and by the prices i would say subsidized by the casino.

Happy daze John in Oz.

Can’t reply to your first post as just comes up as a blog. You seem to attract the limp wristed ones John , hope he didn’t want to serenade you on the boat deck ? One good thing about cruising , helps to stop you worrying about having too much money ? Cheers welcome back in one piece. JS

Re: Dangerous pokies
Never touched them Des.
But on this one you could look over the rails down into the area where it is.
Want to go to the theater, you have to walk through the casino to get there.
Clever planning one could say/
