I didn't say his head was square, but when I look again, maybe.seriously, we have seen police here Taser, and shoot dead people, men and women who had mental issues.

Problem is des some of them are not really suited to the job.
But here in Vic we are so short, said to be about 1700, that they do take some who maybe should not be there.
Then they are brainwashed to some extent so some of when they do is almost like a natural act.
