    Cal Mac ferry Hebridean Isles is soon to be heading for the breakers after 39 years service.
    If ships could talk what atale the old girl could tell.

    We were over last month for a family visit and spent 4 days at Brodick . Ardrossan to Brodick and back was with the Hebridean Isle but we had no idea qwe were sailing
    on a legend .

    They have another vessel named just HEBRIDES, completed on time in 2001 at Fergusons. I was on her doing some training in the yard Feb 01.

    See the new glan rannox ferry, now 9? Years late, has been approved for carrying passengers, still undergoing crew training and assimilation before it can actually enter service.

    John, before she enters service and after completing crew and berthing trials, she is going into dry dock for a bum scrub.
