Not a nice subject I know, but when I went into see the surgeon who looked after me when I was having radio therapy there was a young pregnant Kiwi girl there with him. he said she is studying prostate cancer over here, and would you mind if she did the finger test on you, I have always been a fan of helping Dr's so said yes, as she pulled on the glove, I said do you mind if I could examine your nails, she took the glove off and showed me where she had trimmed down the offending finger nail, so no sweat.

There was a story about one crew member on a UCL ship who had to see the doc with a rear end problem.
Doc put finger up and said count to nine for me.'
Apparently it took him almost half an hour to count thta bit.
